What are leveling clips and wedges?

Leveling clips and wedges are specialized spacer systems designed to keep large format tiles flush and even during the setting process. The clips grip the top edge of adjacent tiles and lock them at the same plane, while the wedges (also called shims) stack underneath or between tiles to correct minor height differences in the substrate.
